This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it across our apps and website.
Data we collect

How we use data
Data is used to provide features, maintain security, personalize your experience, and analyze performance. We do not sell your personal data.

Google, Apple and account recovery
Where available, you may choose Google sign-in on iPhone or Android, or Apple sign-in on iPhone. We receive a stable provider identifier, an email address (which may be an Apple private relay address), connection status and the authentication proof needed to sign you in. Provider credentials needed for server-side revocation are stored encrypted and removed when their purpose ends. We use this information for authentication, account security and recovery, including verified security events from the provider. We do not request access to your Gmail inbox, contacts, calendars or unrelated provider data, and authentication does not add advertising tracking.
Your sign-in methods
Connecting a provider requires recent proof of an existing MyPlayer+ sign-in method. It adds a way into the same account without replacing its primary email or merging accounts. A connected provider email may locate the account for recovery, but recovery email is sent only to the primary address. Password recovery resets only a MyPlayer+ password, signs out devices and suspends provider sign-in until you sign in with the recovered password and reconnect each provider. Provider-only accounts sign in through the provider and cannot add a password. Apple-only users may optionally add Google on iPhone before moving to Android. Apple can hide your real email from us, and disabling relay forwarding may prevent account email delivery.
Account deletion and retention
Request deletion in the app or at our Delete account page without reinstalling it. We require account proof and a separate final confirmation. Access ends immediately after confirmation. We aim to remove active personal account data within 24 hours, with a normal maximum of 30 days. Owned profiles, squads, builds and media are removed; message content and personal snapshots are redacted while other participants’ content and independently sourced shared club/match history are preserved. A minimal deletion record is kept while cleanup is pending and for 90 days after completion, so a backup restore cannot bring the account back. Other minimal non-content security receipts and restricted report evidence are retained for 90 days. Provider grants are revoked before the credentials needed to revoke them are discarded. Backups follow a separate finite retention schedule; deletion records must be applied before a restored backup serves users. Existing downloaded copies or delivered notifications cannot be recalled. Contact support for information about your request or backup retention.
