Delete your MyPlayer+ account

You can delete your account here without reinstalling the app. We send a confirmation link to your original account email. Opening the email link does not delete anything.

After you confirm, account access ends immediately. Your profile, personal squads, builds, uploaded media and personal saved records are removed. Your message content is redacted while other participants’ messages and shared club/match records remain.

We aim to clean up active personal data within 24 hours, with a normal maximum of 30 days. A minimal deletion record is kept while cleanup is pending and for 90 days after completion to prevent restoration of the account. Other minimal security receipts and restricted report evidence are retained for 90 days. Backups expire under their separate retention schedule; deletion records must be applied before a restored backup serves users. Previously delivered notifications and downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
