Request deletion of your Instagram data

If you commented on an @myplayerplus Instagram post or sent us a message, our private owner dashboard may hold a summary. You can request deletion of those copies without a MyPlayer+ account, signing in or installing our app. This request is separate from the MyPlayer+ account-deletion form below.
- Email support@myplayerplus.com with the subject Instagram data deletion request.
- Include your Instagram username and identify the data you want removed. A post link, approximate interaction date or brief description helps us locate it. Do not send your password, access token or other people's private messages.
- The owner reviews your request manually. We may ask for limited proof that you control the Instagram account or that the information relates to you. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will reply with the outcome, or explain any delay or information we are required to retain.
What we remove. Relevant copies held in our dashboard, including comment/message excerpts, associated sender identifiers and other personal information covered by the verified request. We also review the connection to prevent the removed information from being collected again. Any legally required retention will be limited to what is necessary and explained in our response. Backup copies expire under a separate retention schedule; we will explain any remaining copies relevant to your request and apply the deletion before restoring data to active use.
What stays on Instagram. This process does not delete your Instagram account or content held by Meta or other people. Manage the original content through Instagram. Disconnecting the dashboard or revoking Meta access stops future authorised collection but does not, by itself, immediately erase previously saved summaries.
Normal dashboard retention. Comment and message summaries expire after 30 days from their original timestamp; published-post summaries and engagement counts expire after 13 calendar months from the post date, during scheduled cleanup. You can request earlier deletion using the steps above.

Delete your MyPlayer+ account
You can delete your account here without reinstalling the app. We send a confirmation link to your original account email. Opening the email link does not delete anything.
After you confirm, account access ends immediately. Your profile, personal squads, builds, uploaded media and personal saved records are removed. Your message content is redacted while other participants’ messages and shared club/match records remain.
We aim to clean up active personal data within 24 hours, with a normal maximum of 30 days. A minimal deletion record is kept while cleanup is pending and for 90 days after completion to prevent restoration of the account. Other minimal security receipts and restricted report evidence are retained for 90 days. Backups expire under their separate retention schedule; deletion records must be applied before a restored backup serves users. Previously delivered notifications and downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
